In a perfect world, I would be able to educate, support and empower every birthing person so they can realize the pregnancy, birth and postpartum of their dreams.

I have a passion for prenatal education, informed decision making, physiologic birth, as well as feeding and postpartum support.

What makes me an amazing choice to support you during your journey through pregnancy and into parenthood? I am uniquely positioned to provide education and support to a wide variety of individuals, as I am a Registered Nurse who works in the hospital birthing model with all levels of providers (OB/GYN, family physician and midwives) and my personal labour experiences were under the care of midwives with two hospital deliveries and one home water birth. I also support birthing families as a doula/birth coach in all birth locations with all provider types!

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Physiologic Birth training, a LEAARC approved lactation education program and I am completing my Birth Doula training through Doula Canada.

I promise to always provide care and education in a comfortable, respectful and inclusive environment, and strive to always make you feel safe, empowered and seen throughout our interactions.
